01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 811c platform, you legally and bindingly agree to accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

02 Membership Eligibility

To register as a member at 811c, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old or have reached the legal age for gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not residing in a country or territory where online gambling is fully prohibited.
• Register an account personally; registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Not previously banned, suspended, or removed from any 811c platform.
• Only permitted to hold one account only per individual. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

811c reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 811c platform are processed through secure, integrated payment channels. Key guidelines are as follows:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and can be reviewed in the Finance section of your account.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 1–3 business days after KYC verification has been successfully completed.
• You may only withdraw funds to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• 811c reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the wagering requirement for any bonus received has been fully met.
• Any attempted fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

811c offers a variety of bonuses including welcome bonuses, cashback, weekly promotions, and an exclusive VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each promotion has its own validity period, wagering requirements, and withdrawal limits.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Members suspected of abusing bonuses — including opening multiple accounts or using unauthorised wagering strategies — will forfeit any related bonuses and wins.
• 811c reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses withdrawn without fulfilling the wagering requirement are not eligible for cash withdrawal.

05 Fair Play & Integrity

811c uses Random Number Generator (RNG) which has been verified by independent international auditing bodies to ensure that all game outcomes are truly random and fair. All game providers partnering with 811c also hold recognized licenses.

• The use of automation software, bots, hacking programs, or any tools that unfairly influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of collusion between players is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Wins obtained through illegitimate means will be voided without any compensation.

06 Account Privacy & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 811c will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

• Please ensure your password is unique, strong, and not shared with anyone.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact customer support immediately.

07 Account Suspension and Closure

811c reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Providing false or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process.
• Use of a VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
• Account closure request submitted by the member themselves for responsible gaming reasons.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the customer support team. Any legitimate remaining funds will be processed for withdrawal once a security review is completed.

08 Liability Cap

811c is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or technical issues beyond our control.
• Data loss due to device failure or unauthorised third-party access.
• Any financial decisions made by members based on information obtained from the platform.

811c's maximum total liability to any member is limited to the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

09 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 811c is licensed. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the platform will be resolved through:

• Direct dialogue between the member and the 811c team as a first step.
• If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to an appointed independent mediation body.
• The decision of the mediation body is final and binding on both parties.
